Jake Paul has issued a final warning to Mike Tyson in their final face-off before the blockbuster fight on the night of November 15.
Mike Tyson and Jake Paul faced off for the final time in a face-off, just 24 hours before they step into the ring at AT&T Stadium in Texas.
After the two finished weighing in, they went to face each other as usual, but Jake Paul’s provocative actions made Mike Tyson angry and gave the famous Youtuber a slap in the face .
Paul’s younger brother seemed unfazed by the blow as Tyson was stopped and only said a few short words before leaving the stage, giving Paul the opportunity to send a final message to the boxing legend.
Speaking to Ariel Helwani on stage, Paul said: “Mike Tyson, that was a nice slap, but you won’t be alive tomorrow.” He ended with a chilling statement, uttering three words: “You must die!”
During a press conference the day before, host Ariel Helwani noticed a sparkling earring on Paul’s earlobe.
TMZ Sports reports that this VOBARA earring is worth a whopping $100,000. The YouTuber wore it on his right ear as an expensive nod to Tyson’s infamous ear bite on Evander Holyfield during their 1997 heavyweight rematch.
“I wasn’t going to let him bite my ear ,” Paul said, showing the camera the earring. “So I put on this spiky, diamond earring.”
The idea for this earring came from Tyson’s ear-biting of Holyfield, which shocked the boxing world when it happened 27 years ago.
After Holyfield won their first fight in 1996 by 11th-round TKO, the two met again at the MGM Grand the following year. The rematch became known as “The Bite Fight” after Tyson bit Holyfield’s ear, ending the fight with a disqualification in the third round.
Mike Tyson, 58, has been retired from professional fighting for 19 years, although he fought an exhibition match against Roy Jones Jr. in 2020.
